Job Purpose:
The purpose of a Project Associate is to support our project management team and ensure seamless project execution, communication, and operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Understand the project business requirements from the internal team and the client
Build and present project concepts and proposals
Meticulously plan project tasks and milestones to achieve successful completion
Prepare cost estimation, team planning, and project execution timeline
Project Operations:
Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within a defined budget
Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, records, and reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Team Support:
Collaborate with project teams to provide support for administrative and logistics tasks.
Providing constant support to the internal team with business requirements inputs to ensure the project is aligned with customer requirements
Key Skills:
Basic project planning, cost estimation, and time management.
Effective communication and client management.
Flexible thinking and problem-solver who enables quick resolution to unique challenges.
Project management processes and methodologies.
Prior knowledge of Project Management tools like Basecamp, Jira etc, would be helpful
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any field, MBA Preferred
1-3 years of experience as a Project Associate or Account Associate
