The purpose of a Project Associate is to support our project management team and ensure seamless project execution, communication, and operations.


Core Responsibilities:


Project Planning: 

  • Understand the project business requirements from the internal team and the client 
  • Build and present project concepts and proposals
  • Meticulously plan project tasks and milestones to achieve successful completion
  • Prepare cost estimation, team planning, and project execution timeline


Project Operations: 

  • Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within a defined budget

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, records, and reports
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle


Team Support:

  • Basic project planning, cost estimation, and time management.

  • Prior knowledge of Project Management tools like Basecamp, Jira etc, would be helpful


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field, MBA Preferred
