Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious team member to join our team as an Intern in Mumbai. This full-time, hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of fashion and pageantry. As an Intern, you’ll contribute to our sales and marketing initiatives, helping to drive the success of our projects and your own career growth.


Job Duties

  • Collaborate closely with the manager or associates to complete assigned tasks.
  • Assist in identifying potential leads through online research and innovative lead-generation methods.
  • Support the development and execution of creative online sales campaigns.
  • Create content for social media or be involved in communication and lead generation.


Job Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in executing sales strategies and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions, developing leadership skills.
  • Contribute to lead generation and client engagement efforts, helping to expand our reach.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales and marketing with precision.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of online sales initiatives, developing critical thinking skills.
  • Embrace flexibility and adaptability, ready to take on new challenges and grow.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for connecting with others.
  • Basic knowledge of sales management and marketing principles.
  • A natural ability to negotiate and close sales deals, with the confidence to take the initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
