**Description**:
**What you will do**:

- Manage the complete workflow/process and format all documents to the prescribed Gartner standards.
- Own, manage and complete projects and special assignments as needed. Including but not limited to template creation, library & asset up-keep, training administration.
- Work closely with the senior associates/team leads/ team managers to review new/existing projects. Ensure the team have all the required information/files/materials to manage the smooth functioning of the project without any hiccup and by ensuring all the production deadlines are met.
- Maintain high levels of individual output and productivity.
- Provide detailed production reporting as required by the senior associates/ leadership team.
- Manage different mailboxes, prioritize work/projects based on business requirements and action/respond to requests.
- Review, analyze stakeholders’ requirements in detail and maintain internal stakeholders’ satisfaction through effective project management and strong commitment to service and capture relevant information.
- Communicate professionally (written and verbal) in every situation, use problem solving skills to resolve any internal stakeholders queries/project issues with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Always track document status and ensure timely delivery of projects. Also, identify efficiencies, assist in data capture and entry.
- Collaborate/Coordinate with stakeholders on a regular basis and contribute effectively and efficiently to evolve processes/tools.
- Perform quality checks and deliver input for regular project reporting (monthly/quarterly) to communicate progress.
- Serve as a liaison for the support team & IT for system troubleshooting & updates providing transparency on process and workflow challenges.
- Escalate project and assignment risks as workflow demands change.
- Train, guide and resolve queries of the Production Coordinator team about the processes/projects, as and when required.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of minimum experience in an extremely fast paced work environment, preferably in project coordination.
- Well-versed with the use of Power BI, Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration, communication skills (Verbal + Written) and Presentation skills.
- Proven track record in handling multiple priority projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-discipline to work independently and being able to handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
- Ability to provide input to ensure administrative processes and standards are consistent and effective.
- Attention to detail and ability to keep tasks structured and organized.
- Strong time management, planning, and organization skills.
- Ability to recognize and troubleshoot errors.
- Desire to learn new tools, technologies and business processes.
