Job OverviewPinnacle Group is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage and execute critical AR processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily and weekly invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations, verifying accuracy and meeting deadlines.Reconcile payments, research discrepancies, and ensure transactions are recorded correctly in the general ledger accounts.Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end close activities and related reporting, providing timely and professional assistance.Monitor Accounts Payable operations, ensuring service requests are handled within established SLAs and standards.Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant accounting standards, maintaining a strong commitment to compliance.Provide exceptional customer service, supporting consultants, recruiters, and account managers with timely and professional assistance.Train, coach, and develop offshore team members to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to expectations.Manage and support AR-related technology platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, ReQlogic, and Concur.Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related analytical field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting roles, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and U.S. GAAP.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, and data analysis.Experience with financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel, MS Access, or SQL skills are a plus, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and manipulation.Why Pinnacle Group?Pinnacle Group offers a dynamic, team-oriented environment that values innovation, precision, and collaboration.
