Job Title: D365 Financial Operations SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled D365 FO specialist to partner with finance leadership and design process improvements in key areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, and financial reporting.The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while leveraging D365FO capabilities.This role requires collaboration with procurement teams to enhance supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and purchasing workflows.The specialist will configure and optimize D365 Procurement & Sourcing modules to ensure cost-effective and compliant processes.Additionally, this position involves working with customer service and call center leaders to refine sales order processing, customer interactions, and case management workflows.The specialist will ensure the system supports high service levels, efficient resolution, and integration with fulfillment and financial transactions.Key responsibilities also include partnering with warehouse leadership to ensure accurate and efficient use of D365FO Warehouse Management (WMS).The specialist will enhance workflows for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and logistics execution.Another critical aspect of this role is documenting business requirements and mapping them to D365FO functionality.The specialist will manage functional configurations, testing, and UAT for enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this position.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives to support business scalability and operational excellence.
