This includes managing financial records, preparing reports, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities.Monitor and control company expenses and budgets.Support internal and external audit processes with required documentation.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of journal entries.Assist in forecasting and financial planning.Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
