Construction Accounting Financial Manager

Job Summary:The Construction Accounting Manager is a critical role that oversees and manages financial accounting functions within an organization. This position requires a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, financial management, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure accurate financial records.Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide stakeholders with timely insights into the organization's financial performance.Coordinate and facilitate the construction draw process to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds for construction activities, while maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.Manage the yearly audit and tax compliance process to ensure all necessary information is complete, accurate, and available for tax preparers and auditors.Required Skills and Qualifications:Deep understanding of construction accounting principles, financial management, and regulatory complianceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsBenefits:This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
