📢 We’re Hiring: Associate Manager – Financial Reporting Note : Apply Only CA candidates Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 5+ Years | Team Size: 2-3 we are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join our Controllership team as an Associate Manager – Financial Reporting. This role is a key link between the Accounting team, Internal & External Auditors, and senior leadership, ensuring high-quality financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. What You’ll Do: - Provide accounting guidance as per IGAAP & IFRS on a real-time basis. - Prepare and publish monthly MIS, schedules, and cash flow statements. - Liaise with Big4 auditors and internal audit teams for timely closure of audits. - Coordinate with CS for timely XBRL filings and statutory reporting. - Analyze revenue contracts to ensure compliance with applicable GAAP. - Support the Director Reporting in establishing process controls and enhancing the reporting framework. What We’re Looking For: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in reputed organizations. - Hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit coordination, and consolidation across multiple entities (APAC, ME, Africa). - Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. - Excellent command over accounting principles, reporting standards, and communication skills. - Big4 experience is a plus.
