Job Title: Chief Financial ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations.The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in statutory compliances, and the ability to support financial operations in a dynamic business environment.Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.Handle monthly/quarterly/annual book closing and prepare financial statements along with timely Management Information System (MIS).Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), and other applicable statutory requirements.Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements in a timely manner.Support audits, tax filings, and liaison with external auditors/consultants as required.Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate records of transactions.Maintain documentation and compliance for cross-border payments and international vendor transactions.Monitor cash flows and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations relevant to the business.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing start-up and contribute to its financial success.As a Chief Financial Manager, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
