Automation Engineer
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):
• Excellent Programming skills are required on PLC/HMI/SCADA programs for industrial automation(Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, Omron, Delta)
• Knowledge of PLC program simulator to simulate automation models for testing and development.
• Expertise in JavaScript program.
• Co-ordinate with mechanical team for erection and commissioning of projects at customer site.
• Must be able to create block diagrams, process flow charts, logic diagrams, ladder diagrams for programming, simulation, and testing.
• Prior work experience in industrial automation and material handling projects.
• Responsible for understanding project requirements and developing control logic in detail.
• Experience on Industry 4.0, MES(manufacturing execution system), IoT & OEE calculation.
• Design intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, empowering operators to efficiently monitor and manage industrial processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of PLC programs, hardware designs, and system configurations, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and streamlined project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of automation and control projects, providing technical support during system installation, commissioning, and post-implementation phases.
• Contribute to the design and development of hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and control systems, adhering to global industry standards and ensuring reliability and performance.
• Hands on experience in pneumatic systems.
• Expertise in CAD drawings.
• Expertise in CNC machine and Industrial PC.
• Hands on experience on servo motors, VFD, PID, Robot, Cobot interfacing, installation & commissioning
• Hands on experience in modular conveyor automation system and controllers.
• Expertise in PLC, HMI & CNC machine data interfacing.
