Job Title: Operational Facility ManagerAbout the Role:As a skilled Operational Facility Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a property, ensuring all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered. You will prioritize facilities' needs, work with facilities managers and assistant facilities managers, and strive for continuous improvement in processes.Prioritize facilities' needs to ensure seamless operations.Oversee day-to-day operations, including administrative functions, security, and facility services.Work collaboratively with facilities teams to drive results.Strive for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Routine site rounds and critical area inspections to identify potential issues.Manage tickets raised and closure tracked within Service Level Agreements (SLA).Monitor and update M&E stock records on a shift-wise basis.Manage vendors working at the site to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate with Local Liaison (LL) teams to address site-specific requirements.Collaborate with Site Facilities Management (FM) teams for daily activities.Prepare material BOQs as required and manage manpower deployments.Implement inventory management and store management best practices.Maintain checklists for upkeep of the facility and ensure compliance.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders.Monitor energy consumption and data management to optimize resource utilization.Manage weekly, monthly FM & LL Maintenance of Meaning (MOM) schedules.Maintain records of administrative reports and incident reports.Track and manage technical equipment data sheets and vendor deployments according to 52-week PPM calendar schedules.Conduct M&E team briefings and provide regular updates.Daily observations and closures to ensure site efficiency.Record PPM & service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner.Issue work permits and maintain related records.Manage gate pass and material movements.Provide data and reports to clients as required.Regularly check logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Provide training to M&E teams on a time-to-time basis.Maintain M&E team attendance and records.Manage shift jobs and 6-day working schedules.Skillset Required:a. Strong knowledge of property operations.b. Good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.c. Solid background in team management.
