Senior Operations SpecialistAt our institution, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist to lead the optimization and integration of key systems including CRM, LMS, ERP, and SIS platforms. This role will focus on delivering scalable solutions that support institutional operations and student success.About the JobThe successful candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM analytics, machine learning, experimentation, and data visualization with strong technical expertise and business acumen.This role requires proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Meritto, or Zoho, as well as familiarity with Learning Management Systems (D2L Brightspace, Moodle, Canvas) and Student Information Systems (SIS).The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at an executive level and lead cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to achieve tangible results through benchmarking and performance metrics.Advance personalization using ML/AI models and integrate them into CRM decisioning and orchestration.Lead experimentation at scale, building and running A/B and multivariate tests with sound statistical methods.Develop robust analytics pipelines using SQL/Python for data modeling and reproducible datasets.Optimize channel strategy by evaluating email, push, in-app, onsite, and lifecycle programs.Tell the story by translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior collaborators.Improve the craft by guiding analysts, advocating for guidelines, and promoting a growth-focused culture.Safeguard data use by partnering with Legal/Privacy to ensure compliance and responsible AI practices.QualificationsA minimum of 15+ years of experience in EdTech systems administration or CRM management, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.Proven track record in platform integration, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration, including certifications in CRM platforms or EdTech tools.BenefitsHands-on experience integrating tools/platforms via APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.Familiarity with data protection laws (FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA), user privacy standards, and access control best practices.Ability to design predictive workflows that optimize user onboarding, engagement, or communication triggers.Project & Stakeholder ManagementProven ability in project management using tools like JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com.Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills.
