Job DescriptionAs a Mechanical Systems Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable living by designing high-performance heating and domestic hot water systems for residential developments.You will collaborate with architects, developers, and installers to bring concepts to life and turn ideas into reality.We are revolutionizing the design and delivery of residential developments with our AI-powered platform that right-sizes energy systems to reduce capital costs and maximize returns.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in mechanical services design for residential or mixed-use developments.Designing Efficient Systems: Design high-performance mechanical systems for residential developments, specifying heating, ventilation, and domestic hot-water solutions that optimize energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.Optimizing Designs: Use digital tools to evaluate various configurations, perform thermal and hydraulic calculations, and refine designs based on simulation outputs and real-world constraints.Construction Integration: Bridge design and construction by working closely with architects, developers, and contractors to ensure designs are buildable, commercially viable, and aligned with project timelines.
