Interior Architectural RoleWe are seeking a skilled Interior Architect/ Designer to work on residential projects from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect/ Interior designer with 5+ years of professional experience working on multiple unit residential schemes, preferably in UK/European residential designs.The successful candidate will have strong design and technical ability, as well as an interest in refurbishment projects. They should be proficient in Sketchup Revit and AutoCAD, which are essential skills for the role.A proactive attitude and a passion for design, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, are required. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in sustainable design practices, aiming to make a positive impact through architectural solutions.Key Responsibilities:Creating mood boards and concept designsResearching and creating presentations for all interior architectural fixtures and finishesCAD for RCP, GA's, elevations, and room plansSketchUp drawings for joinery designs as well as full rooms including panelling, windows, and full interior architectural detailingPresenting to clients, overseen by the senior designer and design director or founderWorking from site to oversee refurbishment and construction progressResearch, presentations, and bespoke designsRequirements:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and knowledge of working in 3DExcellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop and IllustratorExcellent 3D modelling skills - physical and digital (Sketchup / Revit)Thorough and conscientious, with a sensitivity for detail and presentationGood communication and organisational skillsFluent in written and spoken EnglishExcellent time management skills, and an ability to manage conflicting or multiple deadlinesAbility to work independentlySkilled in selecting and specifying high-quality materials, products, and finishesIf you meet these requirements, please submit your CV, samples of your work, and a covering letter expressing your interest.
