You’ll lead end-to-end sales cycles: from discovery and demos to closure and account expansion.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in field sales, understands SME behavior, and can communicate the value of technology with simplicity and conviction.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new SME clients across key business categories (Furniture, Apparel, Jewelry, etc.)Conduct demos to showcase company's AI-powered solutions for product presentation and demand generationBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline — from lead generation to closing dealsUnderstand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions and packagesManage renewals, upselling, and customer success to maximize retentionCollect market intelligence and feedback to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategyCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experienceIdeal CandidateExperience in B2B, SaaS, or SME sales (especially in tech, marketing, or automation solutions)Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to explain tech in simple business languageSelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environmentsDemonstrated success in field sales / closing deals independentlyPrior experience selling to SMEs, retailers, or local business owners is a strong plusPassion for technology, AI, and how it’s changing the way businesses grow
