This role is ideal for professionals aspiring to transition into a Technical Lead position.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and software design.Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and microservices architecture.Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) using CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing performance and security.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.Agile Methodologies: Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth project execution.Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions while staying updated with emerging technologies.Required Skills:Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, RESTful APIsFrontend: Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSSDatabase: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDBCloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelinesArchitecture & Security: Experience with scalable system design, authentication, and security best practicesVersion Control: Git, GitHub/GitLabSoft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading teams or mentoring junior developersExposure to AI/ML integration in Java applications (nice to have)Certifications in Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure), or Agile methodologies
