You'll design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using modern Java frameworks while ensuring reliability, scalability, and clean architecture.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.- Build and enhance SaaS / Enterprise-grade applications with focus on scalability and performance.- Participate in architectural discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing systems.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices.Must-Have Skills :- 5-10 years of hands-on software development experience in Java.- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture.- Proven experience in designing and building SaaS / Enterprise applications.- Practical exposure to CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and deployment automation.- Solid understanding of performance tuning and scalable system design.Good to Have :- Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka), caching (Redis), and BPMN engines (Camunda).- Exposure to workflow automation and cloud-native architectures.
