Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and software design. Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and microservices architecture. Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) using CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while optimizing performance and security. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Agile Methodologies: Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth project execution. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions while staying updated with emerging technologies. Required Skills: Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, RESTful APIs Frontend: Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines Architecture & Security: Experience with scalable system design, authentication, and security best practices Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading teams or mentoring junior developers Exposure to AI/ML integration in Java applications (nice to have) Certifications in Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure), or Agile methodologies
