Ecommerce ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Professional to lead our online sales channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Dark Stores, Quick Service Restaurant operations, online aggregators, and various e-commerce platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and product visibility across multiple platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.Maintain and monitor Dark Store operations to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.Ensure product availability, accurate stock levels, daily menu updates, and category management.Monitor real-time orders, resolve issues, and facilitate seamless order processing.Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for efficient supply chain management.Develop and implement packaging standards, order service level agreements, and reduce cancellations or rejections.Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all online channels.Implement growth strategies, platform campaigns, new product launches, and promotional activities.Analyze competitor activity, price benchmarking, and category insights to inform business decisions.
