Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Sales who can lead a team of Sales Executives, drive daily conversions, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in holiday package sales. Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 5–10 Sales Executives. Conduct daily briefings, assign targets, and track team performance. Train the team on product knowledge, sales pitch, CRM usage, and closing techniques. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution. Sales & Revenue Ownership Achieve monthly team sales targets for holiday packages, hotels, ferry tickets, and add-ons. Support executives in closing high-value leads. Maintain conversion ratios and follow-ups as per company standards. Lead Monitoring & Process Adherence Ensure all leads from website, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and call-ins are attended promptly. Monitor that follow-ups, quotations, and itineraries are shared on time. Regularly review sales pipelines and ensure no lead is missed. Reporting & Performance Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyse team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans. Share feedback with management on customer behaviour and market trends.
