Renewable Energy Systems Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy System Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting renewable energy systems.Key Responsibilities:Install, test, and maintain solar PV systems, wind turbines, inverters, and batteries.Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.Diagnose technical issues, replace faulty components, and document repairs.Assist in commissioning new installations and verifying system performance.Follow safety procedures, electrical standards, and compliance regulations.Collaborate with engineers and project teams for field execution.Maintain records of service reports, system readings, and maintenance logs.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Renewable Energy Technician or in electrical/field maintenance.Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and grid/off-grid solutions.Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, insulation testers, IR thermography).Strong understanding of electrical safety standards.Physical ability to work at heights, lift equipment, and work in outdoor conditions.Preferred QualificationsDiploma/ITI/Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Technology.Experience with wind energy systems (turbine maintenance) is desirable.Exposure to SCADA monitoring systems.Valid license for field operations (if applicable).Soft SkillsProblem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.Attention to detail and safety-first approach.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to handle field challenges independently.As a Renewal Energy System Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, safety compliance, and reliability of renewable energy systems.
