Renewable Energy Inspector Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of renewable energy equipment.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate and perform pre-dispatch (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment (solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, inverters)Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirementsParticipate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules and scheduleVerify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspectionCoordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project ManagerWitness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklistMonitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed scheduleInform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement planReport to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspectionFfill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering teamSuggest ameliorations to the supplier to improve the inspected product and the testing conditionsPropose improvement of the inspection methodologyTo be successful in this role, you will need:A strong technical background in quality control and renewable energiesExcellent communication skillsThe ability to interpret complex drawings and specificationsAt least 5 years of experience in quality controlA strong understanding of renewable energiesWhat We OfferIf you have the required skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
