Energy Modelling SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist to join our team of sustainability experts. As an Energy Modeller, you will work on energy simulations and building performance analysis for green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, Estidama, DGBC.Your key responsibilities include developing building energy simulation models using software like eQuest, Design Builder, IES VE, supporting LEED and other green building certifications by preparing required documentation, calculations, and simulation reports.You will also conduct baseline and proposed case simulations in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 and relevant standards, analysing simulation results to identify energy conservation measures and optimisation opportunities.In addition, you will collaborate with design teams to provide recommendations on passive design strategies, HVAC system optimisation, and renewable energy integration.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Energy Engineering, or related disciplinesPrior experience with LEED and Estidama projects is mandatory1-3 years of experience in energy modelling, building simulation, or sustainable designGood understanding of HVAC systems, building envelope design, and energy efficiency principlesFamiliarity with LEED, ASHRAE standards, and local energy requirementsProficiency in MS Excel and technical report writingExperience with eQuest is requiredBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of sustainability experts and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for energy-efficient buildings.You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in energy modelling and building simulation, and work on a variety of exciting projects that make a real impact on the environment.
