Analyst, SEO & SEM


We’re looking for an Analyst, SEO & SEM with prior experience at a digital marketing agency, in driving online marketing revenue for brands. The role will include implementing and executing SEO & SEM led digital marketing strategies to create an optimal mix of online marketing revenue-driving investments. The responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analysing and optimizing all online performance marketing activities around Paid Search, Organic Search, Email, Marketplace and Affiliate Marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Brand Solutions and Performance Marketing managers to create digital marketing strategies.
  • Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (E.g E-mail, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, shopping engines, affiliates, referring partners, social, marketplace etc.)
  • Manage the day-to-day SEO & SEM marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.
  • Work with affiliate networks to recruit new affiliates and increase engagement with existing affiliates.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in SEO & performance based marketing, E-Commerce & Shopify at a digital marketing agency.
  • Detailed understanding/knowledge of Organic Search (required), Paid Search (required) and promotions, loyalty programs etc.
  • Experience of mobile and social marketing including apps is preferred.
  • Demonstrate great commercial & industry acumen.
  • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships.
