Job Description:As a senior risk management professional, you will play a critical role in leading and directing the bank's third-party risk management framework. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure proactive management of overall third-party risk requirements across the organization.Develop and implement a firm-wide third-party risk management framework, encompassing outsourcing governance.Oversee the ongoing third-party risk program, integrating assessment and mitigation of risk for new and existing suppliers.Identify, assess, monitor, and control risks associated with third-party relationships before and after contracts are entered into.Enhance governance models to provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of third-party risks.Update third-party risk assessment frameworks to adhere to regulatory guidelines and initiatives.Lead third-party risk segmentation and annual attestations by contract owners.Develop reports on third-party risks for business areas and senior management.Escalate concerns regarding new and existing third-parties, including concentration risk and fourth-party exposures.Support the head of third-party risk management in addressing Central Bank, Internal Audit, and Compliance observations.Monitor Business Units' RCSA, ORE, KRI, Issues & Actions, and NPPA programs.Perform detailed analysis of operational risk management programs.Maintain ongoing monitoring of the bank's Operational Risk profile at a Business Unit level.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote continuous improvements.Provide user support and manage Group operational risk program design on Prism.
