LMS Expert

Job Opportunity: LMS ExpertAvensys seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with at least 7 years of experience, including end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and deliver Learning Management System solutions meeting organizational learning and compliance needs.Lead comprehensive LMS implementations, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with HR, Learning and Development, and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements.Configure and maintain LMS modules, including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting.Perform system integrations with other LMS or third-party content providers.Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.Support data migration, workflows, notifications, and system enhancements.Provide guidance on best practices, compliance standards, and system optimization.About the RoleAs a top trusted provider in Singapore, serving clients across various industries, we offer attractive benefits and a rewarding work environment.
