As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for managing technology governance and risk management in support of strategic program delivery. This role involves maintaining IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across multiple areas including cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and enforce IT policies, standards, and risk registers to ensure organizational compliance.Support project management office (PMO) activities including project tracking, risk analysis, issue management, and stakeholder reporting.Required Skills and Qualifications:4–8 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain)Detailed understanding of out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and proven ability to build/configure using feature sets, configurations, flows, and functionalities.Experience working on customer relationship management (CRM), case management, and workflow automation systems.Knowledge of schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/third-party services via REST/GraphQL APIs.Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD) B2C/identity and access management solutions.Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).Understanding of Azure cloud architecture, DevOps, and pipelines.Prior experience with tools like Jira or similar project management software.
