Job Title: AI Security Governance SpecialistAs an AI Security Governance Specialist, you will establish and govern robust security best practices across our AI, Data, and Digital portfolios.About the RoleThis position involves building the AI security foundation for the organization, defining frameworks, ensuring compliance, and guiding the secure design and deployment of AI products.AI Security Strategy Development: Design and implement the organization's AI security strategy, governance model, and operational practices to safeguard organizational interests.Secure AI Product Lifecycle Management: Ensure security controls and compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from model development, data handling, deployment, and monitoring to production support.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data, Digital, and Infrastructure Security teams to embed AI security within broader enterprise security frameworks.Governance & Compliance: Define policies to address the ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.Ai Risk Management: Evaluate and establish mechanisms to mitigate AI-related risks and ensure business continuity.Security Best Practices: Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI and ML systems.Leadership & Team Management: Mentor a small, high-performing team, influencing security posture across business units.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with product and engineering leaders to proactively identify and mitigate AI-specific threats.What You Will BringTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in AI security, strong leadership skills, and excellent collaboration abilities.
