Job Title:Quality Assurance TesterWe are seeking a professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Tester. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves executing manual testing processes, developing and managing test cases, and supporting the overall quality assurance process to ensure high-quality deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.Design and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Jest and Postman.Conduct UI, functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing.Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA and Bugzilla.Develop and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage.Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.Optimize test execution time and coverage.Perform static code analysis with linters to maintain high code quality and consistency.Provide feedback to development teams on potential improvements.Work closely with Developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.Coordinate with Project Managers to align testing timelines with delivery schedules.Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements and design test scenarios.Engage with DevOps to enhance testing environments and deployment strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 1+ years of experience in software testing.Expertise: Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing.Tools: Experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Jest, and Postman.Writing: Proficient in writing test cases and managing defects using tools like JIRA and TestRail.API: Experience in API testing (e.g., REST, GraphQL).Performance Testing: Familiarity with performance testing using tools like JMeter.Version Control: Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines).Software Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
