Job Description:The primary goal of this role is to successfully lead and manage technical projects, focusing on the implementation of Oracle MDM and data conversion initiatives. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Direct and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.Provide regular, accurate, and comprehensive project updates to various audiences.Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, risks, and resource requirements, adjusting and mitigating issues as necessary.Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business partners, external vendors, and internal teams.Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and resource allocation.Execute projects within a hybrid environment that utilizes both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in technical project management, preferably in a PMO environment.3 years of proven track record of successfully delivering multiple medium and large sized technical projects on time and within budget.Effective leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing simultaneous projects of medium to large size and complexity.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Strong financial analysis skills.Benefits:This role offers a remote contract opportunity with high possibility of extensions.
