This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, hardware partners, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution from onboarding to data delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Manage multiple building-level projects, ensuring timely delivery of utility data connections.Information Gathering: Collect and organize all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Utility Data Collection: Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Stakeholder Management: Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Client Communication: Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.
