Motion & Post-production Lead OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Motion & Post-Production Lead to join our team.This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.Your key roles and responsibilities will include:Leading the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Driving excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Closely collaborating with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.E nsuring the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 15 years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, DaVinci Resolve, and more.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Strong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motion.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation.Beyond the required skills, we're looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of motion design.
