Design and Video Editor PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design and Video Editor to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and editing high-quality visual and video content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and polished visual content, including static designs, motion graphics, and short-form vertical videos. You will also be required to edit long-form podcast episodes into concise and engaging video and audio outputs.As a Design and Video Editor, you will work closely with our design and creative teams to develop and maintain our brand's visual identity. This includes creating clean and on-brand sales presentations, designing static and motion assets for social media and other platforms, and developing visual identities for our own content series.In addition to your creative skills, you will need to have excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English. You must be able to take a loose brief and turn it into concrete ideas without hand-holding, as well as research examples, trends, and references independently.This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset, with a strong eye for detail. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as a Designer/Video Editor or similar hybrid role, with a strong portfolio of B2B marketing work. They will also have proven experience editing podcasts and long-form talking-head content, as well as producing short-form vertical content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.We offer a fully remote role based in India, with a stable internet connection and good/reliable electricity connection or inverter.
