We are seeking a skilled Motion & Post-Production Lead to elevate the craft of motion design, CGI and post-production within a global creative production hub. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading and finishing.Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators and editors who bring static campaigns to life turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital and life sciences.About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strong leadership and project management skills to drive the motion and post-production team towards delivering exceptional results.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects and mentoring junior staff members.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire motion and post-production process, from conceptualization to delivery.
