Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inside sales, particularly in handling B2B clients. A preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Audio-Visual products and services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Extract and analyze relevant data from various portals for potential client acquisition.
  • Identify and qualify leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to B2B clients to promote products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close deals.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B client handling.
  • Expertise in data extraction through various portals.
  • Knowledge of Audio-Visual products and services (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in Audio-Visual products and services.
