The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing multiple project teams, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to commissioning.Key Responsibilities • Lead and monitor all project activities — from design, procurement, and construction to commissioning. • Supervise and coordinate multiple teams working across different project sites. • Track work progress, employee KPIs, and ensure accountability across departments. • Prepare and report performance metrics, project status, and operational updates to the Board on a regular basis. • Ensure compliance with technical standards, timelines, and cost targets. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution. • Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.Requirements • Proven experience in ground-mount solar power-plant design and execution. • 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar senior management or leadership role. • Strong project-management, analytical, and leadership skills. • Excellent communication and team-coordination abilities. • Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory. • Hindi is an added advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.What We Offer • Opportunity to lead a dynamic and mission-driven renewable-energy company. • Highly competitive Salary package for the right Candidate. • Collaborative, growth-oriented environment focused on sustainability and performance.
