Experience Centre Operations Lead

About the RoleThe Experience Centre Operations Lead will own end-to-end delivery of Experience Centres across multiple cities. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality execution by guiding Project Managers and Site Supervisors, coordinating with vendors, and proactively resolving any blockers that may impact delivery timelines.You will be the central point of accountability for execution quality, project scheduling, vendor coordination, and overall ensuring that experience centres are getting launched within the deadline.Key Responsibilities1. Project Delivery & ExecutionOversee end-to-end execution of Experience Centres across cities.Ensure all centres are delivered on time, within deadlines, and at the highest quality.Create and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and critical paths.Monitor progress using weekly reviews, dashboards, and targeted follow-ups.2. Team LeadershipDirectly manage Project Managers and Site Supervisors responsible for individual centres.Provide daily guidance, problem-solving support, and escalation handling.Ensure team members follow execution SOPs, quality standards, and timelines.Collaborate with the central team of design, procurement, and vendor management for seamless execution.3. Risk Identification & Blocker ResolutionProactively identify execution risks, site-level issues, and possible delays.Devise contingency plans well in advance to prevent timeline slippages.Act as the escalation point for all execution-related challenges.4. Quality GovernanceEnsure strict adherence to quality benchmarks at every phase of execution.Validate material specifications, workmanship standards, and final handover quality.Implement corrective actions wherever quality deviations are observed.Required Qualifications & Skills5–10 years of experience in project execution, interior fitouts, retail rollouts, or multi-site operations.Strong leadership experience managing site teams (site supervisors, project managers, contractors).Proven expertise in project scheduling, vendor management, and execution planning.Ability to anticipate blockers and proactively implement solutions.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.B.Tech - Civil Engineering
