We’re Hiring: SAP Platforms Analyst / Consultant📍 Locations: Bangalore | Gurugram | Mumbai | Hyderabad 🕒 Job Type: Full-time | Permanent 💰 Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA + 23% Variable PayAbout the RoleOur client, a major global consulting firm, is looking for talented SAP Platforms Analysts / Consultants to join their team. You will be part of a high-performing consulting group that drives large-scale SAP S/4 HANA ERP transformations for top global clients.This role offers exposure to digital transformation, business process re-engineering, and ERP solutioning across industries. If you are passionate about delivering impactful solutions and building a rewarding consulting career, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver SAP S/4 HANA ERP-enabled business design, value assessments, and process optimization.Act as a Functional Solution Architect, handling end-to-end client proposals and solutions.Collaborate with global clients to define requirements, solutions, and roadmaps.Support business development through proposals, solution plans, and delivery approaches.Work on large-scale SAP transformation & implementation programs.Design innovative SAP solutions and create proof of concepts when required.Must-Have SkillsFunctional expertise in SAP FICO / SD / MM / EWM / IBP.3–7 years of SAP S/4 HANA experience.Experience in 2–3 large SAP implementation / transformation engagements.Hands-on experience with 4–5 SAP RFP solutioning projects.Strong problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills.Excellent communication & presentation abilities.Good-to-Have SkillsExposure to industrial verticals.Design thinking & business process optimization.Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments.Education🎓 MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School is required.Why Join Our Client?Salary up to ₹20 LPA + 23% Variable.Opportunity to work with global Fortune 500 clients.Attractive benefits package and a permanent employment contract.International work culture with growth opportunities.Comprehensive training programs and continuous career development.
