Job Description:The key objective of this role is to ensure Tata Play maintains regulatory compliance and handles Government Affairs effectively. This involves taking charge of regulatory compliances and interacting with relevant stakeholders including TRAI, MIB, DoT, and Industry bodies.Key responsibilities include legal expertise in Media & Entertainment industry with prior experience in Broadcasting sector or working with Law firms handling Broadcasting issues.Interact and serve as a bridge between Tata Play and various Regulatory AuthoritiesCollaborate internally and externally to respond effectively to various authoritiesTimely response to customer complaints while managing quality levels for LPOs that handle these grievancesOffer insights on regulatory data submitted to statutory authoritiesWork with cross-function teams to identify and address systemic inefficienciesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Meeting strict deadlinesEffective written and verbal communications and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsManaging independent workflowStrong law firm background preferredA Bachelor's degree in LLB from an accredited institution along with over 6 years of experience is required for this position.
