Job OverviewAs a Compliance and Approvals Manager, you will oversee the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of approvals, renewals, and statutory compliance for all projects.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Manage complex projects and coordinate with various departments to ensure that all approvals, renewals, and compliance activities are carried out ahead of deadlines.Reporting to Management: Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, trackers, and updates on approval and compliance status to senior management.Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and efficient project execution.Requirements:Masters' degree in any discipline; additional certifications or qualifications in compliance, legal, or project management fields are preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.Proven leadership and team management experience.Skills:In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks in property development.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
