This is a field sales role that requires direct interaction with potential customers at their homes, educating them about solar solutions, conducting site assessments, and closing deals.If you excel in fast-paced environments, are skilled at building relationships, and are passionate about sustainability and clean tech, we'd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Customer Interaction:Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared by the company.Explain the benefits of solar energy and ROI calculations in a clear and compelling manner.Understand the customer's electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest suitable solar solutions.Build long-term relationships with homeowners to establish trust and credibility.Site Assessments:Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof condition, area availability, and other technical feasibility aspects.Coordinate with internal teams for remote site evaluation or drone surveys where applicable.Sales Closure:Prepare and present customized proposals and financial analysis.Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers.Follow up with leads regularly to drive closures and meet monthly sales targets.Cross-functional Coordination:Work closely with design, installation, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution.Update the CRM system regularly with lead status, visit notes, and sales progress.Reporting & Reviews:Maintain accurate records of daily meetings, pipeline status, and closures.Attend daily/weekly sales reviews and training sessions with team managers.Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate (any discipline) with a strong educational background.1–5 years of experience in B2C field sales, real estate, insurance, fintech, or telecom sales.Strong communication and persuasion skills in regional/local language & English.Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.Customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and consultative selling.Proficiency in using CRM apps and Google Sheets or Excel.BenefitsCompetitive fixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives.Best-in-class onboarding and sales training.Opportunity to work in the booming clean energy sector.Fast-track growth for high performers.OthersTwo-wheeler and valid driving license required.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.Must own a smartphone with internet access.Open to working on weekends.
