Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Administrator. This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and passion for IT operations.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a strong focus on platform security, performance optimisation, and workflow configuration. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow instance, managing user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs), and implementing enhancements that improve service delivery.Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, creating reports, and dashboards.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and ACLs to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform.Workflow & Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows.Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical and user documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our IT operations.
