Highly skilled SQL Developers required to join a forward-thinking IT solutions provider. This exciting opportunity involves developing and maintaining complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic.Main Responsibilities:Designing and implementing efficient SQL code that accurately reflects business logicAnalysing and understanding existing data models and database schemasCollaborating with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirementsTranslating business needs into effective SQL solutionsWriting well-documented and maintainable SQL codePerforming data analysis and validation for accuracy of SQL implementationsParticipating in code reviews and following established development standardsOptimising SQL queries for performance improvementMaintaining technical documentation for developed solutionsSupporting testing activities and resolving data-related issuesKey Requirements:4-5 years of hands-on SQL development experienceHighly Proficient in PL/SQLStrong understanding of relational database concepts and data modellingAbility to read and interpret complex data models and ERDsExperience translating business requirements into SQL logicSolid understanding of joins, subqueries, window functions, and advanced SQL conceptsExperience with data transformation and aggregation techniquesThis is a contractor position requiring full-time dedication (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with PST.
