Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hiring team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our business.About the RoleJob Description: End-to-end hiring and onboarding for Agent Hiring / Sales HiringSourcing Candidates: Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, field sourcing, networking, and social mediaInterview Management: Conducting and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managersStakeholder Management: Stakeholder management with internal teams and department leadsOnboarding Coordination: Coordinating onboarding activities with the onboarding team & MIS teamsHiring Reporting: Maintaining daily MIS reports, hiring trackers, and dashboardsCandidate Experience: Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring processRequired Skills & QualificationsKannada Language Proficiency: Kannada speaking is mandatoryBulk Hiring Experience: Experience in bulk hiring or BPO/Sales hiring is preferredCommunication Skills: Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skillsFast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environmentBasic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Excel and hiring MISWhy Join Our Team?Exciting Opportunities: Attractive growth opportunities & learning environmentYoung and Energetic Team: Young, energetic, and supportive team cultureIndustry Leader: Work with India's leading digital insurance brand
