Job Title: Senior Digital ProductionJob Description:We seek a skilled Digital Production & AI Transformation Leader to drive innovation in digital content creation and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.This is not a conventional production role — it is a hybrid of creative technology, automation, and operations leadership.The selected leader will oversee end-to-end production for digital assets, including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the development of scalable, high-quality digital deliverables through collaboration with global creative and account teams.Championing craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.Identifying design and implementing automation use cases across creative production, such as resizing, versioning, and localization.Automation & Process Innovation: The ideal candidate will lead workflow modernization across tools like Figma, After Effects, Animate, Google Web Designer, Adobe Creative Cloud, and platform APIs.Responsibilities also include developing and governing production templates, component libraries, and automation frameworks to improve throughput and quality.AI-Driven Content & Design Enablement: The successful candidate will evaluate and integrate AI tools for design, image, video, and content generation.Partnership with data, tech, and operations teams is necessary to create AI-assisted creative pipelines for banner, motion, and web content.Staying ahead of trends in creative AI, automation, and MarTech is crucial to guide organization readiness.Studio & Capability Growth: The selected leader will mentor a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers, nurturing cross-functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.Collaboration with operations and global stakeholders is essential to define future capability roadmaps.Driving partnerships with global agency teams ensures innovation is business-linked and ROI-driven.Required Skills & Qualifications:The ideal candidate has 12–18 years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment.Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment is required.Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production, or similar) is preferred.Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms for design, content, and motion generation is desirable.Proven success in leading digital or hybrid creative teams across global markets is essential.Excellent understanding of production metrics, workflow governance, and delivery automation is crucial.Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary to bridge creative, technology, and operations teams.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Exposure to AI/ML in creative or content production ecosystems is advantageous.Experience building or managing Centers of Excellence for creative technology or digital craft is beneficial.Understanding of DAMs, workflow tools, and automated QA systems is helpful.Passion for technology-driven creativity and the evolving future of digital production is highly valued.],
