Job Title:We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy: Build and own a robust performance marketing strategy for Amazon PPC campaigns across geographies, leading the team in executing and optimizing these campaigns.Drive ROI/ROAS Targets and P&L Ownership: Deliver measurable results, owning the performance marketing P&L and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, while fostering cross-functional collaboration with inventory planners, brand marketers, supply chain teams, etc., to improve customer experience.Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research for new product ideas and category trends, studying competitor strategy and marketing benchmarks to inform data-driven decisions.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need at least 4 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (AMS) and owning the Amazon marketing P&L.
