Job Description:Job Title: Change Manager - Strategic Delivery & Execution (Third Party Risk Management & Operational Resilience), AVPLocation: Pune, India Role DescriptionThird Party Management (TPM), part of Deutsche Bank's Global Procurement function, is responsible for the processes that manage risks related to the engagement of third party vendors and outsourcing. TPM has been through a large-scale transformation program to change the approach, process and technology used for the vendor risk management processFollowing the successful implementation of a new risk framework—supported by the dbTPRM platform (Coupa Risk Assess)—TPM is transitioning from a Change-the-Bank (CtB) programme to Business-as-Usual (BaU). To support this transition and ongoing platform evolution, we are seeking a Change Management Project Manager to lead day-to-day platform oversight, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.What we'll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you'll enjoyBest in class leave policyGender neutral parental leaves100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral)Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life InsuranceComplementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and aboveYour key responsibilitiesLead the development and execution of change management deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, including scope definition, business case creation, communication strategies, training plans, and adoption monitoring.Collaborate with TPM Operations and stakeholders to gather requirements, design feasible solutions, and ensure operational readiness for platform enhancements.Conduct impact assessments across the broader IT landscape beyond dbTPRM, analysing business requirements and identifying dependencies and risks.Partner with TPM Operations to design and implement target-state business processes that align with dbTPRM platform capabilities.Work closely with the dbTPRM Product Manager and IT teams to test new functionality prior to production deployment.Plan and coordinate user readiness activities, including reporting enablement and stakeholder communications.Your skills and experienceEssential Skills12+ years in financial services, with last 2–3 years in risk, or program delivery roles.Strong understanding of Third Party Risk Management frameworks, processes, and regulatory expectations.Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues, perform impact analysis, and develop actionable recommendations.Experience facilitating workshops, working groups, and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment and delivery.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations across all levels of the organisation.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.Familiarity with Coupa Risk Assess or similar third-party risk platforms is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced delivery environment.Preferred ExperienceCertification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis is preferred.Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint).Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Agile mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.How we'll support youTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsAbout us and our teamsPlease visit our company website for further information:We strive for a culture in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
