Role OverviewThe Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for creating a healthy and compliant workplace environment by handling employee grievances, driving engagement initiatives, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and partnering with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture. This role is crucial in supporting our internal workforce as well as deployed staff at client sites.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement & RetentionDesign and implement employee engagement activities to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.Conduct regular feedback sessions, stay interviews, and pulse surveys.Drive recognition programs and cultural initiatives.Employee Relations & Grievance ManagementAct as the first point of contact for employee grievances, complaints, and conflict resolution.Mediate disputes and facilitate fair, unbiased resolutions while maintaining confidentiality.Ensure clear communication of company policies, HR processes, and escalation channels.Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure adherence to Indian labor laws, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.Support audits, compliance checks, and timely statutory filings.Draft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with best practices.Performance & Disciplinary ManagementSupport managers in handling performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Document all ER cases in line with compliance requirements.Provide coaching to leaders and employees on people-management best practices.HR Operations SupportPartner with Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding.Track and report attrition, absenteeism, grievances, and engagement metrics.Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams for employee query resolution.RequirementsBachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4–7 years of HR/Employee Relations experience, preferably in staffing, outsourcing, or IT/Healthcare services.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and statutory HR processes.Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, fairness, and discretion.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25, ₹46,490.24 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLife insurancePaid sick timeWork Location: In person
