Business Development Manager Job Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and establishing strong client relationships.The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT and other industry staffing industry. This will involve identifying potential clients and market segments, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.In addition to developing a business development strategy, the successful candidate will also be responsible for new client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting sales targets and KPIs.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who has a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
